Because little things by giizu sells digital products, all purchases are generally final and digital products cannot be returned once downloaded.

Something isn't working?

If your files are missing, corrupted, incomplete, or you received the wrong product, please contact littlethingsbygiizu@gmail.com with your order details. I'll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that means providing replacement files or another appropriate solution.

Changed your mind?

Refunds generally aren't available for change-of-mind purchases after digital files have been accessed or downloaded.

However, this policy does not affect any consumer rights that may apply to your purchase under the laws of your country.
